A parking lot at Rincon State Park marks the beginning of the trail or you can start in the nearby town of Carpinteria. Enjoy the view from the pier at Santa Monica or Redondo Beach, both of which have restaurants and shops on offer. You’ll see wide beaches with volleyball courts, and all the color and mayhem you’d expect from the City of Angels. Along the way, you’ll pass through Santa Monica, Venice, Manhattan, and Redondo.
